Dear Homeowners,
We are writing to share an update regarding the HOA Board of Directors. Our fellow board member, Karolina Russo, has decided to step down from her position as Director. We are grateful for her service and commitment to our community.

Filling the Interim Vacancy
To ensure the board continues to operate effectively, the remaining members will appoint a temporary replacement (according to our bylaws) to finish out Karolina’s term, which concludes at the end of 2026.
- The Role: This is an interim appointment through December 2026.
- The Future: A formal election for a full 3-year term will take place at our annual meeting in December. At that time, the interim Director is welcome to run in the open election.
